Space

Note: 1 Module is a 100 sq. ft. (10 x 10) booth. Exhibitors must choose the numbers of module for their required booth.

Row Stand (One side open) $29/ sq. ft.
minimum 100 sq. ft.
Corner Stand (Two side open) $30.25/ sq. ft.
minimum 200 sq. ft.
Peninsula Stand (Three side open) $32.25/ sq. ft.
minimum 400 sq. ft.
Island Stand (Four side open) $34/ sq. ft.

Both Packages

Hard walls and Floor covering are mandatory for all booths and are not included in the ordered space. Exhibitors who do not build a customized booth or want to use a portable stand, must rent the Booth package.

Each Module requires 1 booth package.

This package does not include Hydro and water and must be ordered separately. If you need Hydro or water supply for your booth, please contact www.showtech.ca

REGISTRATION FEE

Applies to the main exhibitor and each of the co-exhibitors mentioned in the application form 700$ :

-2 exhibitor badges per 100 sq. ft.

-2 visitor invitations (free tickets) per 100 sq. ft.

-Registration on the official show guide

-Registration on the online exhibitor list-Access to the online business matchmaking program

-Access to all side events (except workshops)

-1 invitation per 100 sq. ft. to the networking cocktail party ** Extra invitations can be bought for 100 CAD per person
